Hopefully someone has some suggestions. I'm looking for some answers and some help about my team's fundraising. My softball team needs to do some fundraising. We really need some support for our team. My players say they don't mind selling, and some of them say they want to, but they're not as motivated as they could be. I got the people to do it, now I just need the push to get them going.

I've seen a bunch of different kinds of fundraising. The stuff I've done is mostly with young kids. I'm not sure what age group you coach. You mentioned softball, so I'm assuming they are older players. That could be more of a challenge.

I coach teenagers in high school. I guess what I need is a cool idea or suggestion to get my girls somewhat excited. Or even an idea of some kind of fundraising that's different from what's been done already... something that's different from the same old stuff.

If you're players arein high school, they probably go out alot. They might be interested in this entertainment card idea. It's a card you keep in your wallet, and it has a list on the back of all the places it can be used. You get pretty good discounts/free stuff at good places to eat.

they're always going out and doing things with their friends and family. They would have alot of people that might buy a card like that. I bet they would be able to use it alot.

Hopefully they will like that idea. I think the card can also be used some places for service on their cars

I guess I'm lucky, dealing w/elementary school fundraising. it's a lot easier to get young students excited about findraising. Good luck with your team.
